Online withdraw request

You have the right to withdraw from the contract (right of withdrawal), without giving any reason, within 14 days from the date on which the credit agreement was concluded. In order for you to exercise your right of withdrawal, it is sufficient for you to notify us that you intend to exercise your right of withdrawal before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired. If the loan amount has been paid out, you are obliged to repay the loan amount and pay interest for the period until you have repaid the credit amount. You must repay the amount no later than 30 days after you have notified your withdrawal.

XXXX shall then promptly, and no later than within 30 days of receipt of such notice, refund the fees you have paid in connection with the credit (with the exception of such fees which the borrower must ultimately pay under the Consumer Credit Act).
